Small Groups / Cell Groups
We help your local church establish, expand, or enhance both your leadership training and your overall cell group system. Whether you use a 5X5, a “ Meta approach,” Free Market, a modified G-12, or your own blended model, we can directly benefit your group system. We also help with staff planning and strategy.

"Karen's depth of knowledge and excellent consulting skills in the area of small groups and cell groups is only surpassed by her gifted way of relating to people. Karen just makes everyone she meets feel special! She's not only one of the church's best resources for growth through groups, but the kind of person we all look for in a life-long, close friend. Her ministry to you and your church or denomination will be transformational."

For Pastors, Pastoral Staff and Key Leaders

This six-hour seminar, aimed at pastors and staff, covers foundation basics for an effective cell group/small group system. It can be tailored to the specific type of groups targeted, including such variety as the G-12 (group of 12 who are then encouraged to each have their own group, similar to Jesus and His 12 disciples), "free market cell," pastoral care group, or expressly evangelistic group.
A New Season: Encouraging a Heart for Evangelism in Your Groups
This twelve hour seminar outlines foundational elements necessary in genuinely evangelistic groups around the world, with specific steps a pastor could help to guide the groups of his church to be effective in evangelism.
For Existing, New, or Potential Group Leaders

Inreach: Caring for Group Members
Covers principles and practices of effective care in the cell/small group and includes a tailored one-page "ministry log" that aids the leader in caring for each person involved.
Outreach: Growing Your Group
Includes the lifecycle of a group, how to spot and develop an intern/potential group leader, how to "branch" or multiply a group, specific evangelistic principles and practices, and the use of the strategy of the "prayer triplet."
