Karen is is an internationally recognized expert and speaker on such subjects as small group ministry, prayer, pastoral visitation, and church growth. She has been helping churches grow for over 30 years.
SMALL GROUPS
We help your local church establish, expand, or enhance both your leadership training and your overall cell group system. Whether you use a 5X5, a “ Meta approach,” Free Market, a modified G-12, or your own blended model, we can directly benefit your group system. We also help with staff planning and strategy.
PRAYER
We teach practical principles and presenting workable tools in personal prayer, family prayer, staff prayer, corporate prayer, and the prayer life of the cell group/small group. Especially favored is our “Prayer Ideas for the Busy Person.”
VISITATION
We teach your staff and leaders how to make prayer visits that merge mentoring and ministry while growing your congregation.
STAFF ENHANCEMENT
We can evaluate your staff in their roles in the cell church and small groups; in personal and corporate prayer; in care for their leaders and workers; and in their personal and corporate outreach. Staff enrichment is a byproduct of our involvement in prayer, cell groups, and visitation.
